Description

This is a whole sheet document that allows students to track their progress with multiplication facts from 1- 12 (and mixed at the end).

There are two options:

1) Fact Tracker at home (parent initials)

2) Fact Tracker at school (teacher approves mastery)

Mastery occurs in multiplication when students can answer 20 questions in under a minute. Here, students simply use an app, website, or flash cards to time themselves. Once their time is under a minute, they record it on their tracker. 3 in a row under a minute allows them to get a sticker to show mastery.

I've included reward sheets at the end to give students for their completion.

I typically give students the fact tracker sheet about 9-10 weeks before I would like mastery.

My students hold themselves accountable now, especially with fact practice homework. I'll do it every year!

Have fun :)

I use this in combination with a slideshow that has each of the facts and a minute timer. They record their times and then I test them. As you can assume, they lose them from home to school which is aggravating, so a digital copy maybe in my future. I also liked the version from tiktok where the mixed versions were distributed throughout, instead of at the bottom. Thank you.

I really like this tool for students to track their own progress. I used something else this year and didn't like it. Can't wait to use it next year.
