Description

Are you ready to introduce Multiplication? Are your students ready to explore multiplication arrays, or need extra practice? Why not use these cards to engage your students in multiplication practiced by having them recognize rows and columns, match arrays to multiplication facts, and determine the product.

Students can develop multiplication skills, recognize arrays, and practice fluency with this set of cards. Ideas for differentiation and variations of play are included on the directions page. Images used for arrays are stars, so cards will likely be of interest to students of all ages.

Cards can be used with a small group of students at rotations, with partners, or for independent practice.

This 24 page set includes:

I love these!! This is an amazing idea to have 3rd graders understand what multiplication means in MULTIPLE ways. I love to use these before I even teach the facts for that multiple. You can see their wheels turning!!! I do wish it had all the facts and not just chosen ones.
