Are you looking for a way for your students to brush up on the multiplication tables? These worksheets provide a fun way to do just that with the end result of a colourful butterfly which can be displayed in the classroom. Work is easily checked by looking at the provided answer key. Using this resource is easy because very little time needs to be spent on explanation, so it also provides a very useful activity for early finishers. There are 11 worksheets The tables covered are 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12. Samples can be seen in the preview.
Each worksheet has a duplicate blank worksheet without the multiplication sums, but with the colour code at the bottom of the page. There is the option of using the worksheets in two ways.
1. Colouring in by referring to the appropriate worksheet for the numbers to be multiplied.
2. Students can create their own colour by code worksheets.
