For multiplication up to 9x9 there are only a small number of facts that students need to multiply. After that the problems become reciprocal (if they can do 3 x 9 they can also do 9 x 3.) This also assumes that they can skip count by 2's and 5's. Included in this download is a list of multiplication rhymes that help students master the answers to their multiplication facts as well as a multiplication facts quiz that lists all problems, even the reciprocals, up to 9x9.
