Description
Looking for engaging, meaningful, relevant practice so that all of your students can be Multiplication Superheroes? Then you - and your kids - will love my "Ker-Pow! Multiplication Foldables!"
This interactive foldable activity challenges students to:
★ write multiplication equations for all products of two 1-digit numbers on individual factor foldables
★ write a word problem for each equation to describe a context in which a total number of objects can be expressed as that equation
★ create an array for each equation
These activities are aligned with the following Common Core Mathematics Standard:
** Third Grade 3.OA.C.7
Please see the preview for an example of what the foldable looks like when it is complete.
I've created an ink-saving black-and-white printable template for each number 1 through 10; all of them follow the same template and instructions for completion, but are labeled individually with the appropriate focus number at the top.
