"My 3rd graders begged to play this game for a second day. It's a great way to review multiplication facts. They were having fun and didn't even realize they were learning. ;-)"

"Unlike similar activities, this kept score for me and made things so much smoother. I absiolutely loved that the kids were able to choose their picture/monster thing and they were so into solving the equations and focusing on fluency they forgot they were learning and at school. excellent format!"

Technical Notes

  • Be careful not to refresh your browser as this will reset the game.
  • While I've tested the game in Safari, Firefox, and Edge, I recommend using Chrome for best performance. If you'd like to test compatibility before purchase, try the free version of our Multiplication Facts game. While the free version has limited features, options, and team sizes, it uses the same technology as all of my game show products.
  • On smaller, lower-resolution displays, character animations may slightly overlap the game board. Reducing the browser zoom should resolve the issue
  • While I've tested the game extensively, if you do encounter any issues, feel free to contact me at sugarplumclassroom@gmail.com, and I will try to get it fixed as soon as possible.

The New Multiplication Wheel: Master Your Facts

Get all the excitement of the Jeopardy version with a dynamic new way to play! The Multiplication Wheel gives you even more control over which factors to review, as well as additional features like an optional timer for an added challenge or to control the game pace.

Standards

Determine the unknown whole number in a multiplication or division equation relating three whole numbers. For example, determine the unknown number that makes the equation true in each of the equations 8 × ? = 48, 5 = __ ÷ 3, 6 × 6 = ?.
Understand division as an unknown-factor problem. For example, find 32 ÷ 8 by finding the number that makes 32 when multiplied by 8.
Fluently multiply and divide within 100, using strategies such as the relationship between multiplication and division (e.g., knowing that 8 × 5 = 40, one knows 40 ÷ 5 = 8) or properties of operations. By the end of Grade 3, know from memory all products of two one-digit numbers.
