Are your students tired of using flashcards and worksheets when practicing multiplication facts? These easy prep. multiplication games will help get them excited about learning their basic multiplication facts 2-12.
All of the games have been designed to be a quick printable resource for you, while at the same time a fun and meaningful activity for your students. These games are easy to set up and need almost no prep! They work well for small group instruction, center activities, great for parents who want to support their child at home, or even as a whole class activity when introducing a new fact (I’m sure you will come up with other ways to use them, but these are some of the ways I have used them in my classroom). The repeated design and explicit directions on each game makes it easy for you to assign the game and not have to worry about students not knowing what to do when you are working with small groups.
For each fact, you will find 4 different games:
Spin it to Win it- focus on facts 0-7 (great to use once students have had practice
with the fact)
Roll 2 dice and multiply Bump- focus on facts 2-12
Spin and Multiply Bump- focus on facts 0-6 (great way to introduce a fact)
Double Trouble- focus on facts 4-9
