Description

Multiplication Mazes are a fantastic way to test your students fact fluency. They are challenged to decipher the correct equations from the incorrect! It is low prep, just print and go! Includes facts 2-12.

What's included?

Inside are eleven worksheets, one for each fact 2-12. The worksheets are all formatted the same way to allow students to become familiar with the routine of this worksheet, while still practicing a different fact! Each worksheet has a random fun fact question at the top to keep students engaged. For example, "How old was the world’s longest living goldfish?". Below the fun question, students must check the equations because not all of them are done correctly! The correct multiplication equations are to be highlighted, revealing a path. The path leads to the answer to the fun fact question!

This is a great way to test your students' fact fluency. This brings students to a higher level of thinking as they not only are identifying the correct answers, but must know them well enough to identify the wrong ones!

An answer key is also included.

Interpret products of whole numbers, e.g., interpret 5 × 7 as the total number of objects in 5 groups of 7 objects each. For example, describe a context in which a total number of objects can be expressed as 5 × 7.
Fluently multiply and divide within 100, using strategies such as the relationship between multiplication and division (e.g., knowing that 8 × 5 = 40, one knows 40 ÷ 5 = 8) or properties of operations. By the end of Grade 3, know from memory all products of two one-digit numbers.
