I used the 2016 Virginia Math Standards Curriculum Guide to determine what information should be on each lesson. I use these lessons along with math rotations.
The lessons include:
- Test-Like Questions that are multiple choice, multiple answer, or short answer
- Open-Ended Questions to allow for multiple representations and discussions
- Real World Connections and Pictures
- Spiraling in Virginia Studies knowledge where appropriate
- Scaffolding for lessons that need it
