Description

Struggling to differentiation your math centers? These multiplication centers are the perfect solution! This set of centers is designed to be used for differentiating in grades three through five. In this one hundred thirteen page pack, you will receive three different centers all with multiple levels to be used for differentiating or to be used progressively throughout a unit.

Multiplication Properties:

This packet includes two different versions of the Multiplication Properties center. The first set requires students to sort simple multiplication facts between the four headings of Zero Property, Identity Property, Commutative Property, and Associative Property. The second set includes two-digit numbers divided up into the same four properties.

Multiplication Math Mats:

My Multiplication Math Mats were inspired by a strategy I use in my classroom to allow students who have not mastered math facts to still be able to complete multiplication problems using the standard algorithm. The first set of Math Mats requires students to solve two-digit by one-digit multiplication problems. The second set requires students to use the math mats to solve three-digit by one-digit multiplication problems. While the last allows students to use the math mat to solve three-digit by two-digit multiplication problems.

Multiplication True or False:

My Multiplication True or False center is a favorite {and challenging} center in my classroom. With this center, students are given eighteen multiplication cards where the answers are already recorded on the card. The catch is that some answers are correct, while others were completed incorrectly using common mistakes that students make. Students are required to sort them based on whether they believe the answer provided is true or false.

The six levels included in the Multiplication True or False Center are:

*Two-Digit by One-Digit Multiplication

*Three-Digit by One-Digit Multiplication

*Four-Digit by One-Digit Multiplication

*Two-Digit by Two-Digit Multiplication

*Three-Digit by Two-Digit Multiplication

*Four-Digit by Two-Digit Multiplication
