Skip Counting Multiplication Circles

This is a fabulous activity for combining Math and Art. Students practise their skip counting while forming a pattern within a circle.

This pack includes circles with regular dots from 0 to 9 around a circle. There is an outline for counting by 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 and a blank outline for free choice.

To create these beautiful patterns, simply choose a number to skip count by - start at zero and rule a line to the next number. For example - 0, 3, 6, 9, 2 (12), 5 (15), 8 (18), 1 (21), 4 (24), 7 (27), 0 (30). You stop when you get back to zero!

Experiment with counting by different numbers and different patterns will appear.

The pages have been duplicated to include both spellings of color/colour.
