In this multiplication worksheet for 3rd grade and 4th grade, you will find 4 skill levels for easy differentiation! These worksheets offer no prep for teachers, engagement for scholars, and easy checking! Simply select the level best suited for each scholar and all of their pictures will end up colored the same! Students won’t even notice they have different questions! Two different pictures allow you to use this resource twice with each kid as they increase their understanding of the content!

Levels:

Novice- Multiply single digits by 5’s and 10’s. Help scholars understand that 5 groups is half of 10 groups. Ex. 3 x 10 = 6 x 5

Skilled- Multiply double digits by single digits that enforce the understanding that half of one number and double the other, is an equivalent problem. Ex. 48 x 4 = 24 x 8

Expert- Multiply triple digits by single digits that enforce the understanding that half of one number and double the other, is an equivalent problem. Ex. 132 x 8 = 264 x 4

Ninja-Multiply triple digits that may not relate to doubling and halving strategies. Ex. 357 x 9

Student’s require practice of every concept they learn, why not let them ENJOY practicing?!

This resource allows students to practice their multiplication skills and reinforce the strategy that taking half of one number and doubling the other will have an equivalent result. Example: 10 x 8 = 5 x 16
