Description
This product is designed to help students see the relationship between 3 methods used to multiply multi-digit numbers: the area model, partial products, and the standard algorithm.
There are 3 2-digit by 2-digit multiplication problems and students are asked to complete each problem in the 3 ways, to allow them to make the connection between the methods, especially the connection between decomposing numbers by place value. An in-depth answer key is included for the first problem, along with answers for the second two problems.

This was way overpriced and I was misled that there was more than 2 problems! Would like my money back!
This resource was very helpful in what I was looking for!
Nice for review with my 6th graders.
I really like how this tool shows the continuum between multiplication models.
3 problems is exactly what you are getting. It would be nice if it showed some directions for students somewhere besides on the answer key.

CCSS3.NBT.A.3
Multiply one-digit whole numbers by multiples of 10 in the range 10–90 (e.g., 9 × 80, 5 × 60) using strategies based on place value and properties of operations.
CCSS4.NBT.B.5
Multiply a whole number of up to four digits by a one-digit whole number, and multiply two two-digit numbers, using strategies based on place value and the properties of operations. Illustrate and explain the calculation by using equations, rectangular arrays, and/or area models.
CCSS5.NBT.B.5
Fluently multiply multi-digit whole numbers using the standard algorithm.
