Description
This activity includes 12 task cards that have combination scenarios. Students can then use the recording sheet to make a table that shows the different combinations and write a multiplication sentence to find the total amount of combinations.
This activity can be used in small groups, partner work, centers, or hung around the room for a fun search & find/scavenger hunt.
CCSS: 3.OA. 3 Use multiplication and division within 100 to solve word problems in situations involving equal groups, arrays, and measurement quantities by using drawings and equations with a symbol for the unknown number to represent the problem.
