Description
Practice multiplying numbers with your students with a fun and engaging activity that makes math fun! There are a variety of different problems: using the distributive property, area model, regrouping, multiplying across zeros, and word problems.
Instructions:
Print and separate each problem strip by the riddle number. (I like to print each riddle in a different color, laminate, and separate into different baggies.) Then, print off an answer sheet for each student. There are four riddles for the students to solve. By answering each of the questions correctly, they will earn one letter to answer the riddle. At the end, they will unscramble their letters to solve the riddle.
