### PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

These multiplying decimals word problems revolve around menu items at Big Bob's Burgers and More Restaurant.

My students would always laugh at the silly scenarios as they calculate totals based on multiplying decimals.

This item is included in the Math Story Problems Bundle for Middle School. If you purchased the bundle, you will not need to purchase this item.

Here are some sample questions. Each question pertains to the cost of items on the given menu:

1. Regina ran to Big Bob’s Burgers and More Restaurant after school on Tuesday to order her favorite – Fried Pickles. The restaurant only had seven orders available, so she was a bit disappointed. How much did Regina spend on the seven orders?

2. Jamie ordered a Little Bitty Hot Dog for each member of One Direction (Liam, Zayn, Harry, Louis, and Niall) in hopes that they would allow him backstage at their next concert. How much did Jamie spend?

3. Scott beat the record for the most Big Hot Dogs eaten in one hour at Big Bob’s Burgers and More Restaurant. Everyone was quite impressed…except for his parents. How much did it cost for Scott’s parents to buy 32 Big Hot Dogs?
