Looking for a fun math game for multiplying fractions? Your students will multiply fractions - some fractions will need to be simplified - with this engaging ZAP math game (also known as BAM or KABOOM)! Players try to hold on to their strips and not get ZAPPED. A perfect math game for math centers or early finishers.

Multiplying Fractions Don't Get ZAPPED contains:

20 cards with multiplying fractions

4 You've been ZAPPED cards

game directions

a label for your container

an exit ticket

an answer key

Game cards are strips and 2 sizes are included - about 6 1/8 inches long or about 9 1/2 inches long - to help fit different containers. Print off the strips you want, cut apart, and you are ready to play. You just need a container to hold the strips.

While I didn't end up using this, I would definitely use it in the future in the classroom during stations or during tutoring. It reminds me of a sight word game called POW where you pull out sight words and say them, and if you get POW, you lose all your cards. Except this is for older students and with multiplying fractions. Looks fun!
