Description
This 5th or 6th grade math activity contains 2 Google Forms with the same 10 numerical problems depending on how you want to administer it to your students. Students can work it out on notebook paper before typing in the answers.
The 10 problems involve multiplying mixed numbers by fractions, whole numbers, and other mixed numbers. All answers are in simplest form.
Format 1: Quiz/Graded
In this format, students work out the problems and type in the answer to the Google Form. At the end, they press submit and the answers are sent to the teacher, who can see them in Google Sheets in a easy format that gives their score. No grading necessary!
Format 2: Practice (self-checking)
With this format, students must get the answer correct to move onto the next problem. This forces them to catch their mistakes.
When you purchase this item, you will get a PDF document that gives the links to both Google Forms. When you click the link, it will ask you to make a copy. Just make a copy and you are all set to send it out to your students. Easy!
It's perfect for distance learning because it can be linked to Google Classroom, Canvas, Schoology, etc.
