Description

25 carefully thought out problems on multiplying mixed numbers with whole numbers. Most of the answers require the students to convert from improper form to mixed form after they have multiplied. I have another worksheet called "Multiplying Mixed Numbers With Whole Numbers #1" which contains all whole number answers for those who want to focus on the multiplying concept. The problems start off easy and gradually increase in difficulty.

Each question corresponds to a matching answer that gets colored in to form a symmetrical design. Not only does this make it fun and rewarding for students but it also makes it easy for students and teachers to know if the worksheet has been completed correctly. Great for classwork, homework, additional practice, extra credit, and subs. The designs can also be cut out and quilted together to make a great art piece. The pdf file contains the worksheet and a key. Please download the preview file to see exactly what you will receive.

This was great for reviewing the skill, while also being able to check themselves during the process. They loved the end result of the picture as well.

This assignment is great for students to be able to check their answers! If they don't find it in the boxes, must have done something wrong! Great for immediate feedback!
