Description

Multiplying Three-Digits by One-Digit Numbers

I have created these task cards to use during my math rotations. They are perfect for small groups, partner work, independent practice, games, scoot, or projected for whole group lessons. When students are working on them independently, I make sure they have mastered the skill or are close to mastery.

*****************************************************************************

Included you will find a student directions page, 32 tasks cards, a student explanation card, a student recording sheet, and an answer key.

Student Directions:
• Select a task card. Write the multiplication problem in the correct box on your recording sheet. Then solve the problem to find the product.

*****************************************************************************
I suggest printing the student direction pages in color (They do look fine printed in grayscale.), laminating them, and attaching each one to the front of a 9x12 envelope. Print the cards in color or in grayscale on color cardstock, laminate, and cut for student use. Place the cards in a Ziploc bag and keep them and the recording sheets inside the 9x12 envelopes.
