This is a great tool to use in the beginning of the year. I put it in my students' portfolios to personalize their binders. It also helps reveal information about the student to get to know them better. Parents enjoy reading about their child as well. Kids love it too!

Great product.
A good inventory.
I paid to have a copy of this I could have easily copied it by hand and retyped it, but I didn't. When I paid for and downloaded this it still had her HUGE logo and message printed across it. If you didn't want it copied then why post it on a sale site for other teachers, just to see how many suckers you could get to buy it? I would like my dollar refunded!
If you have opened this product with Microsoft Word, you can easily click on the covering logo, and press the delete button to delete it. If you are opening it with Adobe Reader, the logo is stuck over the page. I've checked my Microsoft Word files that were downloaded on this site and I found that the logos could be easily removed. I'm not sure if you are using a different Microsoft Word version from the one stated on the site when you purchased this file. That could be the cause of the problem. If you are still having trouble, you can send me your email address and I will be more than happy to email you a copy without the logo. I really appreciate that you purchased my work and I would like to try my hardest to correct the problem. I take a lot of pride in my work and it was never my intention to anger anyone. I don't understand why the logo would be stuck on the worksheet if opened in Microsoft Word. Please let me know if this works or not. Thank you, EO
