Not sure how exactly I would use this directly with my students, but it did give me some clarity in setting up my expectations for students for this standard. Would like to see some more breakdowns in the Ecology strand.
Just put another one up tonight!
Basically, with the kids, I will put the standard on the board, and work through it with them, ultimately getting them to determine the "Crosscutting Concepts" and "Disciplinary Ideas". They put this in their Interactive Notebooks to get us started on our learning for the standard.
