Description

Narrative Writing - A TC Adapted Writing Unit - Flash Draft includes everything you need to teach your students how to gather ideas for their narrative writing through Flash Drafting. It is part of a larger unit, that you can access here - Narrative Writing - A TC Adapted Writing Unit.

This unit uses Google Slides to take you through lessons I adapted from the TC Narrative unit. For this condensed unit, I followed the mini-lesson model of writing, while providing my students with digital notebooks and Thinking Maps to help improve their planning process. The lessons are seamless and guide students through every step of the writing process effortlessly.

Lessons can also be posted on GoogleClassroom so students that miss a lesson will be able to follow along independently. Most lessons include a video of me going through the lesson for students to watch and all include hyperlinks to any charts worksheets, checklists and/or rubrics you will need for the lesson. I am also including a link to the digital notebook I use with my students on GoogleClassroom should you wish to use that as well.

As you will be using a forced copy of the lessons, they are completely editable and you can make any changes you wish.
