Introduce your students to NARRATIVE WRITING with this PowerPoint presentation. The slides in this PowerPoint will introduce your students to the general characteristics of NARRATIVE WRITING. Your students will then utilize those characteristics as the PowerPoint presentation will set your students up for a NARRATIVE WRITING activity to finish the novel, The Giver by Lois Lowry. This creative writing activity will take students through the writing process to write Chapter 24 to the book and tell what happens to Jonas and Gabe after the novel ends.
