A fill in the blank form for guiding note taking for research.

My goal was for my students to see the diversity in the Native American Tribes in our country and not to assume they were all the same.  We also worked on our summary skills as we picked out details that were worth remembering from our source reading.  For younger students I write the facts we want on a whiteboard for them to copy.   

There are two options included 

• Version 1 has larger spaces and asks for 2 facts. 
• Version 2 has smaller lines and asks for 3 facts.
