Description
As students return from the long holiday break, it is a great time to give them the opportunity to reflect and set new goals for how they will improve in the new year! I use this reflection in my 6th-8th grade math classes. The first set of questions is designed to get students thinking about their progress and attitudes in 2018. After considering these questions, students create a goal for math for the new year 2019!
This editable file can be a starting point for you creating a reflection for your students. It contains items that are specific to our class and my teaching, along with my name, you may make changes to meet your needs.
Also see New Year Reflection Parent Form, where the parents review their child's goals and reflections and returns it signed.
Includes personal-use licensed fonts: HelloDoodlePrint (www.jenjonesfonts.com) and KG Lego House (http://kimberlygeswein.com)
