A strategy that aims for students to be equipped with strategies to attempt to solve problems on their own in an effective manner.
This strategy works for students from 5-15 in most cases and provides them with accountability of how they handle situations as well as a scaffold of what they can do to reduce the problem.
Students collaboratively discuss how to apply the strategy supported by visuals, scenarios and brainstorming.
A poster of the visuals are included in order for reinforce strategy.
