This set contains 4 worksheets. These sheets are part of the second grouping of worksheets that I have created to assess students knowledge of the grand staff. Each group increases in difficulty. The worksheets can be used in a variety of different ways in the music classroom. I have found the most success using these worksheets at the very beginning of class as a beginning activity. I often collect them from students to see their progress. They also serve as a great assessment tool that can be completed relatively quickly.

I believe strongly in teaching the grand staff to students rather than the bass and treble individually. I have found that when taught individually there is a greater learning curve for students when attempting to learn the other clef.
The first worksheet starts with nine pitches spread over the grand staff. Each subsequent worksheet adds a treble and a bass note to be identified. I hope that you will find these worksheets clean, clear and easy to use. I am working hard to generate a collection of quick and easy assessments for the music room and adding new products on a very regular basis. If this is something you are interested in, feel free to follow me so you will see when a I have loaded a new product! I hope that you will find these worksheets clean, clear and easy to use. My approach to creating this resource has been to keep it simple while at the same time make it as visually appealing as possible.
