Teach your students all about addition and subtraction using number lines. Students will learn how to:

  • show a number on a number line
  • show the number of leaps forward or backward on the number line according to the number sentence
  • show the answer on the number line
  • show your learning and do all the steps together to show addition and subtraction number sentences on a number line (16 slides)

Use these slides to assign homework or assess your students in Google Slides. Before you begin using this resource you will need access to the internet and an individual Google Drive account for you and each of your students.
