My ‘’Matching Numbers: 1-20’ pack is designed to help young students match up numerals with number names, number pictures, number fact pictures and number facts. Font is QLD Beginner. These activities meet the Australian Curriculum Statement for the Prep level:
•Establish understanding of the language and processes of counting by naming numbers in sequences, initially to and from 20, moving from any starting point (ACMNA001
Instructions
Print single sided, laminate and cut along the black lines. You could put velcro on the back of the pieces and get students to stick pieces onto a felt mat, or strips of velcro on a blank wall poster. Alternatively, use without velcro and sort on the floor or at a table.
Mix up the pieces and then ask students to match up the numerals with each of their matching parts.
