Perfect task cards for students who are being introduced to multiplication strategies!

Task cards are versatile and can be used in so many ways to engage your students. Task cards can be used to practice a skill or assess a skill. They can be used in centers, guided math groups, with a game board or as a whole-group scoot.

These task cards will allow students to practice skip counting by 2, 3, 4, 5 and 10. Students will also be asked to identify the rule of patterns that increase and decrease. These task cards are great for teaching number sense, skip counting and the foundations of multiplication.

These cards allowed the students to work at their own pace and they became quite competitive with their peers to complete the cards. The cards improved their calculating, fact recall and engagement, as they wanted to complete their cards but then mark them. They were especially pleased when they answered the questions correctly.
