An introductory lesson for learning multiplication. The student is not supposed to know any multiplication to do this, just counting up to 10. No calculations either. Easy but effective.
Conceptually they will be equating two ideas.
1) Multiplying two numbers
2) Adding a number to itself a particular number of times.
