Numberless Word Problems are a way to scaffold instruction so that students can build their math comprehension. This bundle includes 3 Google Slides lessons that reveal parts of a word problem bit by bit to help students see the problem as a real-world situation. Then, they can determine what to do with the numbers!
What's Included?
Three links to Google Slides lessons providing 7 numberless word problems each. This bundle includes single-step multiplication, single-step division, and multi-step mixed word problems. The word problems have 4-5 slides each, as each slide reveals more information as you click. This makes for 30-37 slides per link. The slides also have questions to ask the class in the notes section.
There are also three practice sheets included. One features single-step multiplication, one is single-step division, and the other is a combination of multistep multiplication and division word problems.
Who is it for?
This is best for 3rd-4th grade. Two of the sets are single-step word problems. The third set has only multi-step word problems. This could also work for beginning 5th graders.
