One page lab for students to record and draw observations of cells: onion and potato. Materials needed for lab: onion, potato, red food coloring mixture, iodine mixture, tweezers, knife, slides, cover slips and microscopes. Make sure you dilute the red food coloring and iodine with water before the lab.
