This packet is meant to be a spiral review of the skills that students learned in the first month or two of the school year. The packet includes 5 pages with 8 questions per day, ranging from fractions, to place value, time, and many more skills that students may need to review from last school year.

This 5 page spiral review packet focuses students in on the concepts that were previously taught.

The October edition includes the following skills:

*Fractions (identifying fractions)

*Time to the nearest 5 minutes

*Word Problems, addition and subtraction

*Bar Graphing and pictographs

*Perimeter- identifying perimeter of rectangles and squares

*Place value, including skip counting, identifying place value, and comparing numbers. This was a big emphasis in the month of September, so these skills are included multiple times.

*Rounding- to the nearest tens and hundreds

*Counting coins

The questions each day are very similar from day to day, so kids can continue improving and practicing the same skills each day over the course of the month.

Also included is a data tracking page that you may want to print at the end of your students’ packets. After completing each day’s spiral, students can shade in the tracking sheet to help see areas of strength and weakness.
