Google sheets is an amazing way to track data. This sheet specifically tracks data for off-task behavior during distance learning. You can edit this sheet to match IEP goals for your students, or just to track their behavior for an outside service.
When you download the sheet, you will want to select "Make a Copy" before you edit so that you always have an original.
