Very simple and easy to use high school transcript form for homeschoolers. The core classes are already built into the Google Sheet, including English, Math, History and Science with space for Foreign Language, Health/PE and Electives. As you update the credits, they will automatically update at the bottom of the Sheet. You can add and remove for classes as needed. The grading scale is what we personally use, but you can edit to reflect your personal grading scale.
