The Ohio Learning Standards formatted into a monthly checklist where each standard has five columns and four rows to document when you cover the standards each month. I found as a teacher I would teach some standards daily throughout the year and needed to provide documentation, so I needed more than just a few boxes to check them off as I taught them! This resource allows just that! Just simply print one per month and use as documentation as needed.
