A fully customizable printable or digital sign-in sheet for open house that includes a line for child name, parent guardian name, phone number, and email address. I included 2 pages (29 slots total) that you can print front and back for your classroom, or you can print it multiple times if you need more spaces. If you need something that I didn't include, then you can edit it to suit your own needs.
★ACCESSING THE FILE★
In order to access the file in this download, you need to have a Google Account and be able to access Google Docs. This was created on Google Docs, and therefore trying to access it on any other program may create issues with the formatting for the file.
★CAN I PRINT THIS?★
Yes! You can print this file by going to the top left corner while viewing your item, clicking "File", and then clicking "Print".
