My students really had to think critically with these math tiles! Unlike a standard worksheet, the "0-9" tile format forced them to double-check their order of operations logic when a number didn't fit. It turned a basic PEMDAS/GEMS lesson into a high-engagement puzzle. It’s easily one of the best math center resources I’ve purchased this year.

Great activity for students to think critically about order of operations. I've used it with small groups in fifth grade classrooms, and students work with a partner. It could also be a great resource for students who need a challenge (early finishers) to use independently.
