Description

A set of resources to help students learn to order and compare decimal numbers, as well as understand how to use the greater than, >, and less than, <, symbols. (Common Core: 5.NBT.A.3b)

It includes:
A lesson plan with suggested games, questions and activities;
Two worksheets on ordering decimals and placing them on the number line;
Four interactive swf files that can be used on the interactive whiteboard, or shared with students via your school network or VLE. They include drag and drop activities, randomly generated questions and an activity where students must click on all the true statements.

You will need to have flash player installed to use the swf files. This is installed on most computers and can be obtained for free from: get.adobe.com/flashplayer/‎
