These worksheets were created to help children strengthen their Number Recognition skills. Students will have a chance to place the numbers 1-10 in order by cutting and pasting. while doing so the children will be encouraged to identify each number and its correct placement, all while route counting.

There are several ways to test students understanding by using this worksheet! You can:

  1. Create a file folder game by cutting and pasting the top half of this worksheet on and file folder and then laminate. add Velcro to the empty squares and allow students to place the numbers in order this way.
  2. You can also use this worksheet as an individual tool giving each child their own copy and allow them to cut and paste each snowman in order.

I used this resource as part of our seasonal learning activities in my K–5 special education classroom. It worked perfectly for centers and one-on-one support sessions. The design was fun, engaging, and simple enough for my students with mild intellectual disabilities to complete with minimal assistance.

My Students loved using this resource. It was very thought out when is was being made. It had many visuals that my students loved. I work with children in the spectrum so this was perfect for them. It was very easy to use and it was very easy to modify to each of my students needs. I will definitely recommend to other teachers.
