Description
This activity is good for a center or small group practice of any kind. Students pull 3 numerals out of a bag up to the thousands place. They order them on 1 of 4 provided workmats. Each workmat has students order slightly differently: least to greatest horizontally, least to greatest vertically, greatest to least horizontally, and greatest to least vertically.
This helps expose students to the different ways they may be asked to sort numerals.
Each of the 4 workmats comes with a different set of numbers with corresponding animal pictures.
