This is a great addition to our westward expansion unit!!
My students found this resource very engaging and they enjoyed making their rafts. This activity was great for collaboration, team-working, and problem-solving skills.
My students loved this activity. It took roughly 3 class periods for students to plan, build and test their rafts. They had a lot of fun doing a hands-on activity.
Great thanks!
