This Patterns Adapted Book BUNDLE is a hands-on special education math resource that helps students identify and complete simple like AB, ABBA and ABC patterns. On each page, students remove the Velcro picture piece to select what comes next in the pattern using engaging shapes, animals, and food visuals.
This resource also includes a cut-and-paste 2 variable patterns or 3 variable patterns worksheets to reinforce learning and provide an easy way to assess understanding. Perfect for special education classrooms, autism support, early learners, and intervention, this activity supports pattern recognition, fine motor skills, visual discrimination, and early math development.
Students will also get the opportunity to practice creating their own patterns with this interactive activity! Laminate it so you can reuse it year after year! Your students will love the cute images that they can choose from. There are 2 options for each pattern sequence: With prompts (ex. A B A B A B) and without prompts.
