Description

Project Based Learning for High School Math and Financial Literacy Class.  Critical thinking, real world problem solving, real life topics.  Great for hands-on independent or group work.  

This PBL performance task project covers every aspect of planning and paying for college. My students enjoyed working on this project and it opened their eyes to the impact college loans could have on their lives. This is a great project for students to work on independently. This project could be included in a remote learning plan and can be completed at home.

  • 12 page project
  • 3 pages of teacher notes
  • 2 pages of FAQs for students

I used this resource with my juniors (and some seniors) during senior class trip when I wasn't actively teaching and they found it extremely beneficial! It really helped them consider what their current plans were and encouraged them to start making choices that would impact their futures.
