This is a quick sheet for skills. I keep it as a running record. I use the data to help fill in bigger tests, to show progress during tracking, to explain progress to parents, and to celebrate success immediately, as needed.
As the kiddos master a skill, highlight it in one color per time period, such as blue for up to 5wks, then switch to say yellow for 9 weeks.
I also have a Word format one, editable for your convenience and easily adapted for skills.
