PLEASE NOTE: This set is not meant to replace my SPRING sight word poems for shared reading poetry notebook, but instead it is meant to use with the poetry notebook. This pocket chart set does not have the poems on full size paper (like it does in my shared reading poetry notebook), but it does have the poems in a smaller version card to use with the pocket chart.
Print, cut, and laminate. These pocket charts are perfect to use year after year! I use them in a literacy center the week after we have used them for shared reading. The kids know the poems by then, and they love it! There are so many possibilities with this set.
