A lot of pages, but I did not find them useful in engaging students in a poetry unit.

I'm so sorry you were not pleased with this unit, Erika. Most poetry units include poetic devices; this unit addresses 8 devices and 4 structural elements. Poetry studies typically include various writing experiences; this one challenges students to write 13 types of poems. I would greatly appreciate some suggestions from you about what you were looking for in a poetry unit. Helping teachers and students love poetry is a major goal of mine. To make it worth your while, if you will respond with your recommendations, I will send you my Poetry Posters (anchor charts) for free.
