Description

I love it when I can "plan" a lesson that's completely planned for me! This interactive lesson is a great way to introduce (or re-introduce) your students to predicting outcomes in their reading. The animated PowerPoint lesson will keep your students engaged as they follow the "I do -- You do -- We do" model. Embedded in the PowerPoint is a 4 item formative assessment that allows for a quick measurement of whether the students are ready to take on the included task cards independently, or if additional instruction is needed. Just upload the slide show to your computer, print off the task cards, and away you go!

This Unit Includes:

1. A 20-page animated PowerPoint lesson. No prep, no planning. All the work

has been done for you. Just follow the slides!

*****Be certain to have the PowerPoint set to "Slide Show" so you can hear and see the animations!*****

2. 30 Printable Task Cards

3. Student Recording Sheet/Answer Key Included

4. This product can be printed in color or in ink-saving black and white.

Please peruse the preview to see what is included with this 35-page unit. There are 2 reading tasks on each page.

Also, don't hesitate to contact me via TpT with any questions, comments, or suggestions about this product that will allow me to change/add/delete anything that will make the product better for you and your students!

Thank you for bringing a piece of my classroom into yours. Happy predicting!
